Model CDO

Model CDO is a gear-reduced commercial operator with a 1/2 HP motor. The CDO operator may be used for doors up to 140 sq. ft. (13006 sq. mm). Mounting is front-of-hood only.

• Reduction - Primary reduction is helical gear, secondary is hardened bevel gear for reliable performance and release.

• Chain Drive - Simple chain connection on both standard and fire counter doors.

• Optional Momentary Contact Board - Available with Open/Close/Stop push-button station. Single button or radio control capabilities.

• Electronic Motor Control - Designed for safety and ease of adjustment, utilizing the latest technology in motor control.

• Limit Switches - Screw type for quick and easy installation. Remain synchronized when door is released for manual operation.

• Constant Contact Board - Standard with Open/Close push-button station.

• Reversing Feature - Wired to accept external obstruction sensing devices. (Optional)

• Optional Hand Crank - For standard counter door with electrical interlock.

• Electrical Control Panel - No wiring modifications required for many options: Constant contact operation and use of sensing edge equipment and auxiliary timer equipment.

• Governor - Optional under 5'. Standard on doors over 5'. Built into operator to control drop speed without disconnection from door.

• Power Train - Oil impregnated bushings to ensure long life.

• Release - Spring-loaded for automatic release of door by fuse link or similar fire detection system. When drop lever is engaged, operator and door ready for use without further adjustment or connections.
