Went to get remote garage door opener repaired. Could not repair it so purchased a new one. When I got home I could not program the remote because I had to get on a ladder and remove a lens cover from my Phantom which I was not able to do. I called service and scheduled a service call. They were prompt and within 10 minutes remote was programmed and the young man checked to make sure the other remotes worked. The 3 young gentlemen I dealt with were so very gracious and helpful.
