Kyle was the associate who found replacement parts for a garage door that had no identifying info anywhere on it. I needed window dividers on a condo door that were glued to the glass. A couple of the dividers that came off the door were lost and the unusual design was difficult to fine. Kyle was able to search through a pile of extra leftover parts and found exactly the correct style I needed. I wish I had gone to Overhead D C first. It would have saved me a lot of time. He walked me through every step, answered my questions, explained my options, and made sure I understood exactly what I was purchasing without ever making me feel pressured. When I was researching garage door companies, I unfortunately encountered some pretty shady business practices elsewhere, which made me appreciate Overhead Door even more. They were transparent and professional from the start. I also really appreciated learning that they **do not contract their work out**—the people doing the work are their people, and that mattered to me. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It wouldn’t be Monday without a hiccup entering the work week. I pressed the garage door button to raise the door, and the door lifted an inch or so and dropped back down. Pressed the button again, same result. Upon closer inspection I saw the tension spring had snapped sometime over night. I called Overhead Door right at 8:00, and they had AJ over to my house at 9:10. AJ had my spring in stock in his van and replaced the spring and put everything back together 40 minutes later. AJ gave friendly, efficient service with a smile. [ Read Less – ]

Went to get remote garage door opener repaired. Could not repair it so purchased a new one. When I got home I could not program the remote because I had to get on a ladder and remove a lens cover from my Phantom which I was not able to do. I called service and scheduled a service call. They were prompt and within 10 minutes remote was programmed and the young man checked to make sure the other remotes worked. The 3 young gentlemen I dealt with were so very gracious and helpful.
