Our residential Planned Safety Inspections were designed to be proactive and save you money. For only $75 you can have a garage door expert inspect your door and catch potential problems before they turn into costly repairs. We recommend having your door inspected on a yearly basis.

Up until recently, this service was only offered to our commercial clients. However, we saw the potential to give our residential customers the same peace of mind that we have been offering to businesses for years.

What’s included?

For $75 (unless you’re a part of one of our yearly plans) you will receive the following:

• A full visual inspection of the door, track, springs, and hardware
• Running the door to listen for odd sounds and catch issues with operation
• Tighten any loose hardware on the door
• Check and correct your door’s counterbalance (spring) system
• Lube all moving parts of the door for longevity and smooth operation
• A quote to fix any issues we find during the Inspection

Our technicians complete an Inspection checklist for every door they Inspect. These forms are available to our customers upon request so you can see exactly what was done and any comments our team had regarding your garage door system.

No commitment necessary!

Signing up to be a part of our Planned Safety Inspection program has no commitment. Each year you will receive a call from our team to gauge your interest in having a yearly Inspection. If you say yes, we will get to work getting one of our technicians scheduled to pay your home a visit. Say no? No problem! We will check in again next year. These yearly reminders give you full control over your garage door system while taking the burden of trying to remember off your shoulders!
