Great responsive service, thank you! Garage door left side spring was broken, both cars were in the garage & we couldn’t open the door. I called at 8AM, they told us someone would be out today, might even come out this morning. At 10AM, I received a call back they would come out at 10:30AM. Dan, the manager arrived promptly at 10:30, we got our cars out, he replaced the springs, and completed the job in 35 minutes. We were amazed how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. On Tuesday afternoon, March 17, 2026, a garage door spring broke and we could not lift the door. Both of our cars were stuck in the garage. I called Overhead Door Company and they had a technician, Tony, out to fix the door that afternoon. He didn’t have the correct spring, but made a temporary fix that allowed us to open and close the door. On Thursday morning March 19, 2026, Tony returned and installed the correct springs. He also took some time to check, clean, and fix the electrical connections to the door. Tony was polite, professional, efficient, and personable. Our double garage door was bent and knocked off the track. Dan from Overhead Door was there within 2 hours on a cold day to repair it without any new parts. Runs quieter than it did before.Thanks for a great job after hours Dan!
