Our most popular door, the Thermacore Collection showcases the epitome of thermal efficiency indoor design. The 490 Series stands out with its patented Thermacore construction, a blend of CFC-free polyurethane insulation encased between galvanized steel layers. Boasting a remarkable 17.5 R-value, this series sets industry standards with EPDM between-section thermal seals for minimized air and thermal transfer.

On the other hand, the 190 Series, another gem from Overhead Door Corporation, features the signature Thermacore metal-foam-metal sandwich construction. With hot-dipped galvanized steel surfaces and two layers of baked-on protection against rust, its core insulation ensures stellar energy efficiency, marked at R-value 12.76. Full-width seals between door sections and a robust bulb-type bottom seal amplify the door’s thermal prowess and resilience against the elements.

Provides a continuous layer of foamed-in-place, CFC-free polyurethane garage door insulation sandwiched between two layers of corrosion-resistant steel, for maximum thermal efficiency

Garage Door Options

Windows may be arranged vertically or horizontally on the Models 5740 and 5760. Windows must be Clear Short, Clear Long or Narrow. Windows placed in the bottom section of a door must have DSB 1/8″, tempered, or 1/2″ insulated glass.\

All decorative trim windows come standard with double strength glass.
